Aram Papken Megerian is the Managing Partner at the firm's Tampa office and has been at CSK since 1998, working in both the Miami and Tampa offices. Mr. Megerian is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney and has been selected as one of Tampa Bay's Best Insurance Lawyers by Tampa Bay Magazine; Florida Legal Elite recognition (2015) and to the Best Lawyers® in America publication (2018, 2020-2022). He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates-Tampa Chapter (Immediate Past President).

Brandon James Tyler is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office and concentrates his practice on appellate matters and litigation support. He practices in the Florida Supreme Court, all six of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
