Joseph "Joe" J. Goldberg is a Partner in the firm’s Miami and Key West offices. Mr. Goldberg serves as the managing partner of the firm's Transportation Litigation Practice Group and the managing partner of the firm's Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Group. He represents clients in complex litigation matters arising from serious personal injury claims, including any transportation-related incidents, premises and negligent security matters, and any disputes affecting the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries.
